I've never made a cowboy hat from gum paste before and it was a last minute decision. I think it turned out pretty awesome for not knowing what I was doing lol!

My Birthday Cake
This is my birthday cake this year. I love circle designs and I love how it turned out. For some reason my camera has a hard time processing reds, so the coral color on this flower is all blown out. I don't have a fancy camera, or photoshop to fix anything. Oh well, I still love how it turned out :)
